South Indian cooking like you have never tasted before

Ishtaa brings you the rich, comforting tastes of South Indian food, made for the modern world — and made in Malaysia.

Traditional banana leaf and time-tested family recipes from South India's great food regions, blended with the flavours we grew up around here: sambal, rendang, nasi lemak. In our kitchen, fresh hand-ground spices and slow-cooking secrets bring out deep, smoky, vibrant flavours that burst in every bite.

This is not South Indian food or Malaysian food. It's both, on one plate — that's the fusion.

Yes — phone and WhatsApp table booking go live the day we open. Until then, walk-ins will always be welcome.
